Teaser trailer added for MBC drama special “Coach Maeng’s Troll” (literal title) starring Park Sung-Woong & Park Soo-Oh. The two episode drama special features Park Sung-Woong as a hot tempered pro basketball coach who is about to lose his job. He teams up with an online troll played by Park Soo-Oh. Actor Park Soo-Oh, who previously worked under the name of Park Sang-Hoon, recently signed with Keyeast Management and began working under the name of Park Soo-Oh.
“Coach Maeng’s Troll” will air May 23rd and 24th, 2025 in South Korea.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Maeng Gong (Park Sung-Woong) is the short-tempered coach of professional basketball team Big Pandas. He used to be a star basketball player before transitioning to coaching. His team is in crisis after being eliminated from the playoffs for 3 years in a row. He is on the verge of losing his job due to the performance of his team. For the performance of his team, he joins hands with online troll Ko Hwa-Jin (Park Soo-Oh), who is in the 3rd grade of high school.
